In many ways, our Support team is the hub of our company because they are the front line professionals within our organization that get to work in unison with users and other IT professionals.  Working in unison means troubleshooting, answering questions and addressing concerns of course.  It also means listening to suggestions and ideas to improve our products and serve you better.  If you have ideas, the GuruSquad Support team would love to hear from you.

We provide full level support to all of our customers, starting from the presale stage through the life of the maintenance contract.  Customers with an active maintenance contract are entitled to all patches and updates as well.

Please note that our support may at times be limited to “best effort” in those circumstances in which best practices are not implemented, resulting in unhealthy server environments.
